My path to becoming a therapist wasn't planned — it unfolded. It began in school counseling, but it was my experience as a mother searching for mental health support for my own child that truly shaped the work I do today. That search opened my eyes to just how much compassionate, accessible care is needed in this world — and it changed everything about how I show up for the people I serve.

Fifteen years later, that passion hasn't wavered. I work with young people, young adults, and adults from all walks of life, walking alongside them on their healing journeys with warmth, curiosity, and deep respect for who they are and what they've been through.

That same commitment guided me in building this practice. I've been intentional about bringing together a team that reflects those values — one equipped to meet the needs of individuals ages 6 through adult, wherever they are in their journey.
